The Cleveland Browns joined the National Football League (NFL) in 1950. The Cleveland Browns colors are brown and orange. Their only consolation was winning the American Football Conference (AFC) Division Championship in the same years. The Cleveland Browns suffered five losing seasons in their final six years in Cleveland. In early November, 1995 team owner Art Modell announced plans to move the team to Baltimore.
